Musical-Animals.com was created due to public demand.
All our products are sold on the markets of France, During the summer months in the Dordogne the local villages come alive with an influx of visitors. Tourists flock to this popular part of France to sample the simple life, the good food and lazy sunny days visiting local markets, hoping to find something unique to return home with as a souvenir of their holidays.
My name is Angelina, my husband is Dale and we have 2 boys, Jack & Sam. We are a british family who came to live in France 3 years ago. We live in a little village next to the river Dordogne, we chose this area because we already have friends living here and it is incredibly beautiful. We integrated quite quickly into our small community as our 2 boys started school here, and we've made some good french friends, one of whom introduced us to our products.
After the first year of settling in I needed to occupy my time and improve my french vocabulary, a good french friend suggested working on the markets locally as I could learn and earn at the same time, it seemed to be the solution. As I started visiting different villages displaying my musical animals they proved to be very popular not only to the locals but mainly to the tourists.
I have had many customers from all over the world expressing how wonderfully unique my musical animals are. They sowed the seed for musical-animals.com as many would have bought more only to be faced with the problem of transporting the products back home due to weight restrictions on the plane.
Teachers and care workers alike also expressed an interest on bulk buying online due to my products being helpful with young children and autistic children alike.
As the season to display my products is confined to the summer months, the rest of the year I am 'twiddling my thumbs' I asked Dale to construct a website for me, luckily he was able to oblige as he had already worked in that field in the UK.
Therefore 'voila' musical-animals.com was born!
I hope you take the time to browse through our site and like what you see, some of you may remember me from your holidays in the Dordogne and I may see you again, as I do see the same customers from year to year as you come back to your holiday retreats. I'm hoping my range of musical animals will continue to grow, so you can add to your collection as some of you already do! Thank you.
